Dana Maria Perino better known as Dana Perino is a famous American political commentator for Fox News and book publishing executive at Random House. She was born on May 9, 1972 in Evanston, Wyoming, USA. She is the daughter of Jan and Leo Perino. She studied at Ponderosa High School in Parker, Colorado and graduated from Colorado State University Pueblo in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications. She earned her masters degree in public affairs reporting from the University of Illinois at Springfield. During her studies she worked at KCCY-FM and WCIA, a CBS affiliate as a daily reporter. After competing her studies she worked in Washington, D.C. for Rep. Scott McInnis of Colorado as a staff assistant. After that she joined the White House staff as the associate director of communications for the White House Council on Environmental Quality.
She was in relationship with a businessman Peter McMahon whome she met on a flight. The couple married after eleven months.
