HollywoodNeuz: Our Best Three Movies of 2017

2017 has been a fantastic year for film, with our cinema, television and laptop screens being constantly filled with new action, romance, comedy and horror movies. With big veteran names in the acting world like Emma Watson in the Disney re-make of Beauty and the Beast, to new acting talent like One Direction singer Harry Styles in Dunkirk.

3. Baby Driver

Ansel Elgort plays Baby, a gifted getaway driver who blasts a soundtrack in his ears constantly to drown out the ringing caused by a childhood accident, and finds himself unable to escape his criminal career path and kingpin boss (Kevin Spacey) when he falls in love with a waitress. A spectacular and thrilling movie to watch at the cinema or watch movies online free.

2. Okja

A Netflix special, Okja is the wacky comedy based on a genetically enhanced super-pig. This physical/CGI mix satire piece is a dig at the corporate food industry and the way it is heading, as global population spikes and humans require more food to eat. The story is based on the close bond between the super-pig and a South Korean girl and the incredible far-fetched adventure which ensues to protect it from being killed for profit.

1. Dunkirk

Chris Nolan‘s spectacular movie about the real-life World War 2 events where thousands of young British soldiers were trapped on the shores of France as German troops had them surrounded. A thrilling film which needs to be watched with speakers turned up high to get a real sense of the story. With big names such as Tom Hardy, the film was a huge success at the box-office and continues to do well as it is watched on DVD and streamed online for free.
